Investment Committee

The Investment Committee recommends to the Board of Directors or decides on the formation and implementation of the Company's investment strategy, the realization of new investments, the liquidation of existing ones, as well as the management of its portfolio based on the current market conditions and opportunities. The Investment Committee consists of four (4) members and was elected from the 27.04.2023 Regular General Assembly. The composition of the Investment Committee is as follows:
